Here are the challenges to be met:
Remorques CFT, a growing manufacturing company, is currently seeking a motivated and committed accounting clerk to take charge of accounts receivable, supporting the accounting team. This individual will contribute significantly to the organization’s financial health by ensuring rigorous and proactive follow-up on accounting activities, in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Manage the accounts receivable for the Canadian and American divisions
- Carry out collections with clients
- Ensure billing follow-up in collaboration with the operations director
- Use the ERP Odoo system for accounting operations
- Prepare the legal documentation required for trailer releases (SAAQ, ATAQ, and other official documents)
- Support the controller in their duties
- Conduct monthly financial analyses of projects and profit margins
- Produce cash flow analyses on a weekly basis for the US division
- Maintain constant attention to detail and uphold high quality standards
- Demonstrate a global vision of the company and a good understanding of operations
- Perform any other related tasks
Do you have the necessary requirements?
- Technical training in accounting (DEP, DEC, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Functional bilingualism (French and English), comfortable in a professional setting
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
