• Reporting to the CFO, the Controller is responsible for coordinating and preparing the day-to-day accounting operations of the various companies.  He/she must also prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating external audits, developing and implementing financial procedures and controls, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making. In addition, the Controller will work with the management team to optimize financial performance.

• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures;

• Contribute to the production of monthly and annual financial statements;

• Communicate risks effectively and clearly in a timely manner;

• Supervise and direct all department activities and responsibilities; 

• Monitor and improve accounting processes and practices;

• Participate in the implementation of a costing strategy;

• Participate in annual budget planning;

• Participate in the improvement of internal processes;

• Participate in the preparation of the year-end file with the external auditors.
